MEET THE FOUNDER

Coach Adam

My passion for nutrition and fitness began around the time I came out to my friends and family. Struggling with self-acceptance and battling body dysmorphia made that period of my life incredibly challenging. However, the gym became my escape—a place where I could quiet the noise and relieve the stress of the world. What started as an outlet for self-doubt soon became my purpose. Through fitness, I not only found strength but also discovered my calling: helping others build confidence, transform their bodies, and reclaim their self-worth.

My battle with self confidence was one I knew I couldn’t face alone. But through relentless determination, I immersed myself in learning everything I could about nutrition, fitness, and sustainable habits. That journey didn’t just transform my body—it changed my life. It fueled my passion to help others do the same, leading me to earn both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s Degree of Science in Nutrition & Dietetics from Kent State University, to become a Registered Dietitian.

Shortly after graduating, I became a Certified Personal Trainer and began coaching clients both in person and online. I have built successful nutrition programs for 2 private studio helping over 1,000 people with their eating habits. This experience only strengthened my passion and fueled my ambition to create Trade Fit—a space dedicated to helping gay men embrace their fitness journey and build confidence in their bodies. Every day, I wake up with purpose and excitement, driven to motivate, support, and empower others to take control of their lives and become the best version of themselves.

We'll also navigate any fears you may have to take action to start a fitness journey. How much accountability should I expect to have in this program?

You'll have direct access to your coach through our coaching app Monday through Friday, ensuring you get the guidance and support you need. Every other week, you'll have a live video call to check in on progress, make adjustments, and stay on track. Plus, you'll receive two recorded check-ins each week, giving you regular feedback and accountability. With multiple touchpoints throughout the week, you’ll never feel alone in your journey. Your coach will be there every step of the way to keep you consistent, motivated, and progressing toward your goals.
